Philip Ciniglio With an established background in Marketing and Franchising, Philip joined the Forte team to drive the business into a multi-national brand. Philips's depth of knowledge has been gained through his management of several large global corporate organizations. Over the last 20 years or more, Philip has been associated with franchising and has been an active committee member and President for the Queensland Chapter of the Franchise Council of Australia. Philip is an Accredited Franchise Executive and is registered with the Government as a Mediator for the "Office of Mediation Adviser". Philip has been a director of the Franchise Council of Australia and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Gillian Erskine Gillian Erskine has been working in music education since 1978, firstly as a music teacher and from 1985 as a music school owner. Gillian brings to the team extensive experience in music education which spans from early childhood, through beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of tuition and encompasses, teacher training and music examining experience. Gillian is the co-author of much of the Forte course programmes and has been heavily involved in all aspects of the business including franchise management, corporate liaison, marketing, course development and teacher training. As a mother of two boys, Gillian has experienced Forte as a parent. This insight from a parent's perspective has added much to the Forte system.
Paul Myatt Paul Myatt has been involved in the music industry for over 20 years. Over this time he has worked as a professional musician, music teacher and school owner. Paul studied music education at university and this knowledge has been a great resource in the development of the exclusive Forte course product range. Paul has been instrumental in the overall development of the business including the accounting systems, operational systems and Information Technology. Paul developed systems to monitor and measure the key performance indicators for the business model. With Paul's IT expertise he will further improve our business through the implementation of user friendly technology to create quality communication systems.
Yolanda Frylink After graduating from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music in 1990, Yolanda commenced her teaching career at the Toowong School. After many years of experience teaching students of varying ages and levels, Yolanda took up the position of Head teacher. With the expansion of Forte, Yolanda soon became involved with training teachers for the Forte network; designing and conducting training sessions for teachers of all levels in Australia and overseas. In her role as Head Trainer, Yolanda has been instrumental in creating Forte's outstanding collection of teacher resources and training programmes. Her love of teaching, energy and commitment to providing Forte students with the best music programme available drive her to continue developing and improving Forte's extensive teaching system and resources. Now a mother, Yolanda is experiencing Forte as a parent. These experiences further enrich the contribution Yolanda offers to the ongoing development of Forte.
