Enrolment and Invoicing
When is the start of my next enrolment period?
We enrol students for 10 lesson blocks, which means if you enrol during the school term, your enrolment period will take you into the next school term. The start date of your next enrolment period is reflected in your invoice under ‘Start’. The end date is under ‘End’ on your invoice.
The invoice is confusing, can you explain it to me?
You are invoiced for a 10week block of lessons, regardless of when you enrol. We do not schedule lessons during the School Holidays and so you may have lessons that start before the holidays and end at some time after the school holidays. The date of your first lesson ‘Start’ and that of your last lesson ‘End’ as well as the number of lessons for which you are charged. The invoice will also indicate your Teacher’s Name, Lesson Day and Time, and whether the lesson is a Class or Private lesson.
The Due Date for payment of the invoice is before the Start Date. If your payment is received in full before the due date, you will receive a $1 per lesson discount ($10 per term). We also offer payment by Direct Debit where the fee for two lessons are debited in the first week, then one lesson is debited weekly. Debits are stopped over the school holidays.
