What if I can’t make a lesson?

If you haven’t provided at least than 5 hours’ notice of non-attendance, our teachers are still paid for the time they have committed to the lesson. This allows us to keep the best teachers employed with us, otherwise their income will be so variable and their weekly budget unmanageable. Make-up lessons are provided (see below for further details) however only if there is room in the timetable, and based on teacher availability. This helps us keep the tuition fees as low as possible. If we were to price in the full cost to us for Make-up lessons, prices would likely increase by 10% to 15%. This is based on make-up lessons being taken during times where we could be offering to new students.

Our tuition is provided in blocks of 10 weeks. If your lesson happens to fall on a public holiday your tuition will be extended by the number of Public Holidays so that you do not miss-out on lessons. Fees are payable in advance and fees should be paid by the due date. Four (4) lessons notice must be given when cancelling tuition. Four weeks fees may be payable in lieu of the notice given. You can still attend lessons during the 4 week notice period.
